摘要
目的了解住院患者满意度的现状并分析原因,以探讨提高住院患者满意度的对策。方法应用住院患者一般情况调查表、住院患者满意度调查问卷对北京市某三级医院的586例住院患者进行调查。结果住院患者总体满意度得分(8.66±1.44)分;满意度在性别、年龄、文化程度方面比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论患者总体满意度较好,建议提高医疗诊疗技术,合理配置科室医护人员,加强探视、陪护人员管理,加强饮食、保洁等后勤服务,提高患者满意度。
Objective To investigate the state of inpatient satisfaction and analyze the related factors, and to explore the countermeasures to raise patient satisfaction. Methods A total of 586 inpatients in a three - level hospital in Beijing were investigated with the inpatients'general information questionnaire and the inpatients'satisfaetion questionnaire. Results The total score of the inpatients'satisfaction was (8.66 ± 1.44 ). The satisfaction degrees of inpatients with different genders, ages, and educational levels had significant differences ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The overall satisfaction of inpatients is better. The hospital should improve the level of treatment and care, and rationally allocate department staff, and strengthen the management of visiting and accompanying staff, and strengthen the logistics service to increase patient satisfaction.
