摘要
芦丁是一些中药的有效成份。研究药物与白蛋白的作用能说明蛋白质的结构与功能的关系和药物的作用机制。本文应用荧光偏振和能量转移技术研究了药物Vit B_6和芦丁与白蛋白的作用。给出了这些药物分子与白蛋白的缔合离解常数,Vit B_6和芦丁在人血清白蛋白中的结合位置与第214位色氨酸残基的距离分别为23.4和24.02。
Rutin is an effective constituent of some chinese medicinal herb. Interaction study of the medicament with albumin not only can expound the relation of structure and function of the protein and also the action mechanism of the medicament. By using fluorescence polarization and energy transfer technique, We studied on the interaction of human serum albumin (HSA) with medicaments vitamin B_6 and rutin. The dissociation constants of medicaments with albumin were obtained. The distances between the number 214 tryptophane and binding sites of vitamin B_6 and turin on the protein are 23.4(?) and 24.02(?) respectively.
