摘要
考察了添加不同弥散颗粒强化MoSi2基复合陶瓷在1600℃的高温氧化行为。结果表明,添加SiC、ZrO2颗粒的材料仍呈现较好的抗氧化性能,而添加TiB2及TiB2+ZrO2颗粒材料的抗氧化性能则降低显著;并分析了材料表面氧化膜的破坏形式。
Abstract The oxidation behaviors of different particle dispersed MoSi 2 based composites at 1600℃ were investigated. The results show that the oxidation resistance of the composites added with SiC or ZrO 2 remains good, but the oxidation resistance of the materials added with TiB 2, TiB 2+ZrO 2 is decreased significantly. The destruction mode of oxide film is also discussed.
