摘要
对MoSi2 及其复相材料在高温下长时间老化后表面玻璃膜结构进行了研究 ,并用电学测试手段对表面玻璃膜的生成过程进行跟踪测试。研究了MoSi2 及MoSi2 -SiC的氧化机理 ,发现其氧化速度顺序为MoSi2 >MoSi2 -SiC。对添加氧化物的复相材料来讲 ,其玻璃膜的生成速度顺序为MoSi2 >MoSi2 -莫来石 >MoSi2 -Al2
The surface glass films of MoSi 2 and MoSi 2 matrix multiphase materials aged at high temperature for a long time were studied.The forming process of surface glass films was also traced by electric measurement method.The forming rate and mechanism of surface glass film were investigated.The oxidation mechanism of MoSi 2 and MoSi 2-SiC were studied and the oxidation rate order is as follows:MoSi 2 >MoSi 2-SiC.For the matrix,the forming order of glass film is as follows:MS>MSM>MSA.
