摘要
在精密微细激光焊接中,除对激光参数有严格要求外,对准焊点的位置是一个重要环节。为提高工作效率,研究以高分辨率位置敏感传感器(PSD)为核心,根据激光三角法测量原理,对微米级细丝定位。设计了一套位置探测系统。针对微细激光自动焊接存在的问题提出了一种精确定位方法。该系统采用二维步进电机驱动的工作台,可根据不同工件设计各种夹具。在X方向移动时,动态检测细丝的偏移量。通过计算机采集数据,软件计算,实时控制调整,适应激光精密焊接定位的要求。用激光粉末熔覆技术实现高质量、高可靠性的互熔焊接。
In the field of micro laser welding, besides the special requirement in the parameter of lasers, the accurate location in welding points is also very important. To improve work efficiency, high-resolution position sensitive detector (PSD) is adopted as hard core. To locate micron filaments, the measurement principle of laser triangulation method is used. The position detec- tion system has been designed. This raise a method of precise locate with the problems of micro laser welding. Adopt two di- mension stepping motor drive the workbench, according to different workpieees to design the clamps. At the workbench moves in the X direction, the filaments offset is detected dynamic. It adapts the requirement of location in micro laser welding fields through the data collected, software calculated, real-time control to adjust by computer. Using laser powder cladding technology achieve inter-penetration welding of high quality and reliability.
