摘要
在大范围距离和方位的测量中,光学传感器因能快速给出准确的结果而被广泛应用;这里介绍的是一种基于三角测量原理的光学排列传感器;该传感器使用的是3个激光二极管和一个位置感应探测(PSD)照相机,主要用于测量相对于被测物体表面的距离和方位;实验结果得出的最初原形显示距离的精确性大约是0.05mm,方位的精确度为0.1°,测量范围为60~750mm;这种传感器具有测量范围大、精度高,且能工作于条件苛刻的环境等优点.
Optical sensors are widely applied to the distance and orientation measurement because they can give fast and accurate results over a large range of distances. That recommended here is a kind of optical sensor based on triangulation principle. The sensor uses three laser diodes and a position sensitive detector (PSD) camera. , mainly measures distance and orientation from surfaces. Experimental results taken with a first prototype show distance accuracy of about 0.05mm, and orientation accuracy of 0. 1°. The prototype can take measurement from 60mm to 750mm. This sensor can measure in a large range of distances and orientations , and has good accuracy, can be used on exigent tasks and so on.
