摘要
目的观察缬沙坦联合百令胶囊对早期糖尿病肾病患者尿微量白蛋白的影响。方法缬沙坦(80 mg口服,1日2次)联合百令胶囊(1.0 mg口服,1日3次)治疗53例早期糖尿病肾病患者(Ⅲ期25例,IV期28例),治疗前后检查血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(SCR)、血糖(FBG)、甘油三酯(TG),胆固醇(TC)及尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)。结果两周后,受试患者的UAER较治疗前明显降低,不影响FPG、TG、TC、BUN、SCr。结论缬沙坦联合百令胶囊能快速降低糖尿病肾病患者的尿微量白蛋白排泄率,延缓临床蛋白尿出现。
Objective To study the effect of integrated liposomal valsantan and bailing capsule on microalbuminuria in aged patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods 53 aged patients with diabetic nephropathy were treated with integrated liposomalpro valantan（80 mg.po.bid）and bailing capsule（1.0mg.po.tid） and FPG,TG,TC,SCr and UAER was inspected before and after treatment.Results UAER after treatment was lower zhan that before treatment,and FPG,TG,TC,SCr was unchanged.Conclusion Integrated liposomal valsantan and bailing capsule can decrease the UAER of patients with diabetic nephropathy.
