摘要
本文分析了SAW存储相关/卷积器瞬态模式的工作过程和特点,给出了它的等效电路模型,较为详细地讨论了该模式下的写入和读出过程。该模型符合器件工作的物理过程,分析较为简便,其结果和实验相一致。
This paper treats the operating process and characteristics of SAW stoage correlator/convolver in transcient state. An appropriate circuit model has been worked out, which is in accordance with the physical process and facilitates the analysis of the device. Moreover, an in-depth treatment of write-in and read-out processes is presented. The analytical results had been checked by experiments.
