摘要
目的:研究PTEN、VEGF在子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达及其临床意义,探讨其与子宫内膜样癌发展及生物学行为的相关性。方法:收集92例子宫内膜病理标本,应用免疫组织化学法(SP法)检测PTEN及VEGF的表达情况。结果:PTEN和VEGF在子宫内膜良、恶性病变组织中的阳性表达率相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在子宫内膜癌高中分化组与低分化组中阳性表达率相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在无肌层浸润或浸润深度≤1/2组与浸润深度>1/2组中的阳性表达率相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VEGF在无淋巴结转移的子宫内膜癌组织中及有转移中的阳性表达率相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PTEN阳性表达率与VEGF阳性表达率呈现出负相关性(γ=-0.633,P<0.05)。结论:PTEN阳性表达与子宫内膜癌的组织学分级及肿瘤侵袭性呈负相关,VEGF阳性表达与子宫内膜癌的组织学分级、肿瘤侵袭性及淋巴结转移呈正相关;二者在子宫内膜癌发生和发展中呈拮抗作用,表达呈负相关。监测PTEN和VEGF的表达,可以作为判断肿瘤恶性程度的指标。
Objective：To study the expression of PTEN and VEGF in the endometrical adenocacinoma and its clinical significance,to explore the development of endometrical cacinoma and the relevance of biological behavior.Methods：92 endometrium paraffin block specimens were selected and stained by immunohistochemistry（SP） method to detect the expression of PTEN and VEGF.Results：Compared with groups of normal endometrial tissues and hyperplasia tissues of endometrium,the positive rates of PTEN and VEGF in endometrical cacinoma tissues was significantly different（P〈0.05）;compared with groups of endometrical carcinoma of well /moderately differentiation and poorly differentiation,the positive rates was significantly different（P〈0.05）;compared with groups of muscular layer without infiltration and the depth of infiltration in muscular layer achieved to ≤1 /2 and 1/2,the positive rates was significantly different（P〈0.05）.There was significant difference（P 0.05） between the positive expression of VEGF in the no regional lymph node metastasis and that in the lymph node metastasis.The Positive expression rate of VEGF and PTEN showed negative correlation（r=-0.633,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The expression of the PTEN and VEGF in endometrium is related to the endometrical carcinoma.The expression of the PTEN is negatively correlated with histological grade,tumor invasiveness,lymph node metastasis.The expression of the VEGF is positively correlated with histological grade,tumor invasiveness,lymph node metastasis.PTEN and VEGF are nagatively correlated with the development of endometrical carcinoma.We can judge malignant degree of the tumor on monitoring the expression of PTEN and VEGF.
