摘要
针对某型舰用燃气轮机的一级涡轮导向叶片材料,对其分别施加国内外现有的部分热障涂层,并通过表面封孔工艺制备出了新型热障涂层。在所制备的热障涂层试样和铸造合金试样表面涂覆75%Na2SO4+25%NaC l的盐膜,研究其在900℃空气中的热腐蚀性能。结果表明,未施加涂层的铸造合金受到了严重的热腐蚀,发生了严重的内氧化;而施加热障涂层的试样均表现出优异的抗热腐蚀性能,在热障涂层/粘结层界面处生成的连续致密的A l2O3膜,能阻挡粘结层进一步的氧化而维持与热障层的有效结合;施加封孔层的热障涂层因降低了界面A l2O3膜的生长速率,而展现出了最好的抗热腐蚀性能,并可预期有最长久的寿命。
In this paper,the first stage turbine guide vane material for a certain type of marine gas turbine is respectively applied with parts of domestic and overseas current thermal barrier coatings,and a new type of thermal barrier coating is produced by the surface sealing process.Coating 75% Na2SO4+25% NaCl of the salt films on the surfaces of samples prepared by thermal barrier coatings and casting alloys,so as to study their hot corrosion performance in air at 900 ℃.The results show that the casting alloys without coating are of severely hot corrosion,which have a serious internal oxidation;otherwise,the samples with thermal barrier coating show excellent resistance to hot corrosion,because a continuous and compact Al2O3 film generated in the thermal barrier coating/bonding layer interface can prevent from further oxidation of the bonding layer to maintain the effective combination with thermal barrier layer;the thermal barrier coating imposed by sealing layer shows the best resistance to hot corrosion,due to lower the growth rate of Al2O3 films of interface,and can be expected to have the longest life.
