摘要
对采用电子束物理气相沉积方法制备的MCrAlY涂层、双层结构热障涂层以及新型梯度结构热障涂层的高温氧化性能以及热腐蚀性能进行了研究 .3种涂层均具有良好的抗高温氧化性能 ,但在 95 0℃等温热腐蚀环境下 ,涂层的氧化速率加快 .梯度热障涂层的增重小于NiCoCrAlY涂层 ,表明YSZ陶瓷层有助于提高NiCoCrAlY涂层的抗热腐蚀性能 ,但热循环寿命降低 .
High temperature oxidation and hot corrosion behaviors of MCrAlY coating,thermal barrier coatings (TBCs) and gradient thermal barrier coatings prepared by electron beam physical vapor deposition (EB-PVD) have been investigated.Although these coatings showed excellent oxidation behavior,the mass gain for MCrAlY coatings was larger after being sprayed with a 2 mg/cm 2 deposit of Na 2SO 4 and tested at 950℃.The lower mass gain for TBCs and GTBCs indicated that the ceramic coating has a benefit to improve the hot corrosion behavior.However,thermal cyclic life time for TBCs and GTBCs decreased during hot corrosion testing.
