摘要
以发动机涡轮DD6单晶试片为研究对象,分别不喷涂和喷涂抗盐雾腐蚀石墨烯涂层。开展DD6试片涂层结合力和热稳定性试验研究,结果表明涂层表面完整光洁,组织致密,结合力高,抗热振力强。对比开展未喷涂与喷涂涂层的DD6试片的抗盐雾腐蚀试验研究和抗盐雾、燃气综合腐蚀试验研究,结果表明,未喷涂和喷涂涂层后的DD6试片都在抗盐雾腐蚀试验中体现了良好的耐腐蚀性,喷涂涂层的DD6试片在抗盐雾、燃气综合腐蚀试验中体现了更好的耐腐蚀性。
The study was conducted in the single crystal super-alloy DD6 pieces,which were sprayed by the salt fog corrosion resistance graphene coating or not,respectively.The experiment study of the thermal stability and binding force of the graphene coating on the DD6 pieces,which shows silky smooth surface and dense tissue,investigates the good behavior of binging force and thermal fatigue.Contrastive analysis of the experimental research on the salt fog corrosion resistance and the combined slat fog/hot gas corrosion resistance between the uncovered DD6 pieces and coated DD6 pieces shows that,the uncovered and the coated DD6 piece all present nice corrosion resistance in the slat fog corrosion experiment,but the coated DD6 piece presents nicer corrosion resistance in the combined slat fog/hot gas corrosion experiment than the uncovered DD6 piece.
