摘要
在现有激励理论的基础上,针对当前企业发展中存在的人力资本流失现象,建立了系统分析模型,讨论了各种激励措施的不同作用效果,并提出对员工有区别地施行经济激励和权力激励措施。
To the situation of staff member's resignation in favor of another job frequently,a systematic analysis model is set up to test different effectiveness of three motivation mechanisms on the basis of existing motivation theories.According to the paper,the economy motivation and the authority motivation should be used distinctively in order to make the motivation more efficient and to decrease expenditures.
