摘要
在大量现象分析总结的基础上，将马斯洛的需求理论与需求的实现机制结合在一起，研究提出了释放人类潜能的动力与压力相结合的激励机制及对应的三维动力结构，并据此讨论了人的行为模型和动力模型，最后还分析了激励机制的改进思路。这些模型和研究结论可用于改革政策的设计及社会经济活动的组织和管理。
Based on the analysis of the different phenomina and Maslow's“human needs”theory.the mechanism of implementing human needs is discussed.It is found that human always has potential energy.The release of this potential energy needs one kind of the incentive mechanism which is formed by combining motivation with pressure together. In according with this ineentive mechanism.a three-dimensioned motivation structure is put forward.and a model of human behavior as well as a model of motivation are explorated. Finally. how to improve the incentive mechanism is analyzed. The model and the analysis results presented in this paper will be useful to the design of economic reformation policy and the management of socio-economic activities.
