摘要
在分光光度分析中,用矩阵表达进行多组分同时定量计算时,将比尔定律表示成矩阵形式的方法通常叫AKC法,而将浓度做为吸收度的函数的矩阵表示方法叫CPA法。本文用复方阿司匹林片剂对两种方法进行了比较研究,并用〔det(K_TK)〕_(1/2)做为灵敏度指标,指导确定波长间隔和波长点数,获得非常满意的结果。
Data reductive and calibration method in an over-determined multicomponentanalysis are discussed in this paper, In both methods (AKC and CPA method), theaccuracy and precision of determination are improved by adding the nonzero interceptterm to the calibration model and calibrating with standard mixtures instead of astandard solution of single component. The method presented could be successfullyapplied to the simultaneous determination of aspirin, phenacetin and caffeine inacetyl-salicylic acid composite tablets. In the study, we also used 〔det(K^TK)〕^(1/2) assensitivity to select the numbers of analytical position and the range of wavelengths.Satisfactory results were obtained by both methods.
