摘要
对562名大学生的求职态度、主体规范、行为控制感、求职意向和求职行为进行测量,然后使用多元回归分析方法,检验计划行为理论预测大学生求职行为的有效性。结果发现:求职态度、主体规范和行为控制感对求职意向有显著预测作用,主体规范的预测力最强(β=0.32),求职态度的预测力最弱(β=0.14);求职意向是求职态度与求职行为的完全中介变量,是主体规范、行为控制感与求职行为之间的部分中介变量;所有预测变量中,求职意向对求职行为的预测效应最强(β=0.57);所有预测变量对求职行为的方差解释率达到54%。结果表明:计划行为理论可以有效预测大学生的求职行为;集体主义文化背景可能是造成主体规范的预测力强于求职态度的原因。
To confirm Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) search can effectively predict college student' s job behavior, 562 college students were investigated on their job search attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavior control, job search intention and job search behavior. Results Job search attitude, subjective norms and perceived behavior control can predict job search intention significantly, subjective norms has the most predict power (β =0.32) and job search attitude has the least (β=0.14); Job search intention totally mediates attitude and behavior, partially mediates subjective norms, perceived behavior control and behavior; Of all the predictors, job search intention can predict job search behavior most (β=0.57); All TPB variables can explain 54% variance of job search behavior. Theory. of Planned Behavior can effectively predict college student' s job search behavior; The reason that predict power of subjective norms is stronger than that of attitude may stem from the collective culture background.
