University Graduates' Job Search Behavior and Its Predictors

摘要 目的基于计划行为理论,探索毕业生求职行为的影响机制。方法采用《求职行为问卷》、《求职自我效能感量表》、《求职意向量表》、《求职态度量表》和《求职主体规范量表》,测试1014名毕业生的求职态度、主体规范、求职自我效能感、求职意向和求职行为,然后采用分层回归分析进行中介效应检验。结果①控制了性别、专业、家庭经济地位、家庭居住地和平均绩点后,求职态度能正向预测求职意向(β=0.25,p<0.001)和求职努力(β=0.13,P<0.001);主体规范能正向预测求职意向(β=0.9,P<0.01)和求职努力(β=0.14,P<0.001);求职自我效能感能正向预测求职努力(β=0.11,P<0.001),但对求职意向没有预测作用(β=0.05,P>0.5);②求职意向是主体规范与求职努力的部分中介变量,是求职态度与求职努力的完全中介变量。结论求职自我效能感、求职态度、主体规范和求职意向促进积极的求职行为。 Objective To explore the mechanism of university graduates job search behavior with the theory of planned behavior. Methods A total of 1014 university graduates were tested with the Job Search Behavior Questionnaire about their job search attitude, subjective norm ,job search self-efficacy and job search intention. Then data was analyzed with regression for mediation effect. Results (1)When gender, major, family socioeconomic status, family residence and academic achievement were controlled, students'job search attitude was the positive predictor for students job search intention (β = 0. 25, P 〈 0.001 ) and job search effort (β= 0. 13, P 〈 0. 001 ) ; subjective norm was the positive predictor for job search intention (β = 0. 9, P 〈 0. 01 ) and job search effort (β = 0. 11, P 〈 0. 001 ) ; Job search self-efficacy was the positive predictor for job search effort (β = 0. 11, P 〈 0.001 ), but not for job search intention (β = 0. 05, P 〉 0.5) ;(2)Job searc intention was the partial mediator between subjective norm and job search behavior, the total mediator between job search attitude and job search behavior. Conclusion Job search self-efficacy,job search attitude and subjective norm can positively pre- dict job search intention and job search behavior.
