摘要
试验结果证明:BR对光合速率及叶绿素含量变化产生明显效应时间为处理后3~6天,促进光合的浓度为10^(-5)~10^(-3)ppm,促进叶绿素含量增加的浓度为10^(-5)~10^(-1)ppm。BR对呼吸速度产生明显效应的时间约在处理后的第3天,促进呼吸的浓度为10^(-7)ppm,持续时间为13天,且BR对地上部与根系呼吸的影响是一致的。至于BR与干物质积累的关系,经分析二者无明显相关。
The rate of photosynthesis and respiration was measured in maize seedlings which were sprayed with different concentration of BR. The content of chlorophyll in leaves and the dry matter of seedlings were also analysed. The results showed that the rate of photosynthesis and the content of chlorophyll had been obviously increased in 3 to 6 days after BR spraying. The effective concentrations of BR for photosynthesis pro- moting and chlorophyll increasing were 10^(-5)~10^(-3) ppm and 10^(-5)~10^(-1) ppm respectively. The tangible effect of BR on the rate of respiration began on the 3rd day after treatment and continued for more than 13 days. The concentration of BR promoting respiration was 10~(-70 ppm. The effect of BR on respiration of shoots was similar to that on respiration of roots. As to dry matter accumulation in maize seedlings, BR has no tangible effect.
