摘要
以碳化硅、氮化硅、硅铁粉为原料,以热固树脂为结合剂,用1 000 t压砖机机压成型制备了硅铁质量分数分别为0、6%、9%、12%和15%的Fe-Si3N4-SiC试样,研究了硅铁含量对Fe-Si3N4-SiC材料性能的影响。结果表明,经1 300℃氮气气氛下保温8 h制备得到Fe-Si3N4-SiC复合材料,其常温耐压强度和高温抗折强度均优于Si3N4-SiC材料。当硅铁质量分数为12%时,Fe-Si3N4-SiC材料综合性能最佳,而当硅铁质量分数为15%时,Fe的催化作用下降,硅铁合金的氮化程度降低,材料性能下降。
The Fe-Si3N4-SiC specimens with ferrosilicon of 0,6%,9%,12%,and 15%(mass percent),respectively were prepared using SiC,Si3N4,ferrosilicon powder as starting materials,thermosetting resin as binder,shaping at 1 000 t press.Effects of ferrosilicon contents on properties of Fe-Si3N4-SiC composites were studied.The results show that the cold crushing strength and the hot modulus of rupture of Fe-Si3N4-SiC composites fired at 1 300 ℃ for 8 h in N2 atmosphere are both higher than those of Si3N4-SiC materials.When ferrosilicon addition is 12%,the Fe-Si3N4-SiC composite performs the best comprehensive properties;however,when ferrosilicon addition is 15%,the catalysis of Fe reduces and the nitridation conversion of ferrosilicon decreases,and the properties of Fe-Si3N4-SiC composite worsens.
