摘要
讨论了方石英含量对氧化物结合SiC材料性能的影响.结果表明,材料中方石英含量的增加是造成材料强度降低的重要原因.但是适量方石英的存在对提高材料的断裂韧性有益.通过对材料中SiO_2组份含量的调整,可以改善材料强度与韧性的匹配,提高材料的综合使用性能.
In this paper the effect of cristobalite content on properties in silicon carbide material with oxide binding is studied. The results show that the cristobalite formed from silica causes strength decrease, but appropriate cristobalite content is benificial to material toughness. The strength and toughness can be partly improved by controling silica content.
