摘要
反应烧结是制备碳化硅材料的廉价工艺。结合热固性塑料成型技术,本文对加入酚醛树脂作为粘接剂和碳源的碳化硅粉体的成型性能进行了研究,并阐明了影响成型性能的因素。
Reaction-Sintering is an economical process for fabrication of SiC. Based on the forming technology of thermosetting plastics, phenolic resin is added into SiC powder as binder and source of carbon. The forming properties of the mixture is studied and factors that affect the shape performance are clarified.
