摘要
加强学生心理健康教育,提高学生心理调适能力以及社会生活适应能力,达到优化心理品质的目的,是高校心理健康教育的重要任务。充分发挥学生社团尤其是心理社团的作用,利用社团特有的优势展开心理健康教育,将有助于提高高校心理健康教育实效。
It is the important work to strengthen students mental health education,increase their psychological adaptability to get the best psychological quality.Make the full use of community,especially the psychological community,to carry out the mental health education can help improve the psychological effect in university mental education.
