摘要
分析了新亚欧大陆桥沿线的能源及矿产资源特征，指出了矿产资源开发与提高城市人口素质和促使农村贫困人口脱贫之间的相互关系，进行了沿线矿产资源综合经济评价和城市的职能分类，论证了沿线矿业城市的城镇化水平与经济发展之间的内在联系，提出了依托中心城市建设带动沿线资源开发与加工，依托矿业开发扩大劳动力就业和农村贫困人口脱贫的重要途径，以及加强沿线矿产资源开发的国际合作、坚持生态环境保护。
This paper analyzed the basic characteristics and the relationship of the exploitation of mineral resources between the mining cities and relieving poverty, and brought out the comprehensive economic appraisal and classification of cities along the New Euro Asia Continental Bridge, and discussed the internal links between the urbanization level and economic development among mining cities along the Bridge. Then that it would be necessary to improve the exploiting and processing of mineral resources in line with the construction of central cities, promote the mining relieving poverty, strengthen the international cooperation of mineral resources exploitation, stick to the environmental protection, and ensure the coordinate relation between cities and countries and regional sustainable development was pointed out.
