介绍用木瓜蛋白酶对马尾藻进行酶解预处理后再提取海藻酸的方法，实验证明。
The method of extracting alginic acid from sargasso weed which was zymohydrolysis pretreatment with papain is introduced.The experiment proved that the extraction rate rose from 80% to 90%.\=
