摘要
试验以具有一定纤维素酶活力的黑曲霉菌株A .niger 5 98为出发菌株 ,经紫外光、甲基磺酸乙酯 (EMS)的复合诱变 ,选育出一优良的突变株An - 2 38,其产生的纤维素酶活力是出发菌株的 2 .4 8倍。同时对菌株An - 2 38的产酶培养基和条件进行了优化 ,并最终测得纤维素酶活 4 5 3U/g。
The starting strain A. niger 598 with some cellulase activity was mutated multiplicatively by UV-ray and ethyl methane sulphonate (EMS), thereby a good mutant An-238 was obtained. Its cellulase activity was 2.48 times higher than that of the starting strain. Then the solid fermentation conditions of An-238 were studied. And the cellulase activity was finally determined as 453 U/g.
