神经元特异性烯醇化酶对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的病情及预后评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿病情和预后的评估价值。方法测定比较40例HIE(HIE组)和20例健康新生儿(对照组)血清NSE水平,并分析HIE组NSE水平与临床分度和窒息程度之间的关系。结果 HIE组血清NSE水平(32.88±12.61)μg/L明显高于对照组(8.62±3.58)μg/L(P<0.01)。HIE组重度组NSE水平显著高于中、轻度组(P均<0.01)。窒息程度越重,NSE越高(P均<0.01)。结论血清NSE可作为早期判断HIE病情及预后的客观指标。 Objective To investigate the relationship between serum neuron-specific enolase(NSE)on neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE)in children with the disease and prognosis evaluation.Methods Compared 40 cases of determination of HIE(HIE)and 20 healthy neonates(control group)the level of serum NSE and NSE analysis of the level of HIE group and clinical relationship between the degree of asphyxia.Results HIE group was significantly higher than the serum NSE level(P〈0.01).Group with severe HIE group was significantly higher than NSE,the mild group(P all0.01).More severe degree of asphyxia,NSE higher(P all0.01).Conclusion The serum NSE could be used as an early to judge the condition and prognosis of HIE objective indicators.
