学校布局调整应回归教育本位——对学校撤并标准的实证分析 被引量：26

摘要 本文采用内容分析法探讨了义务教育学校撤并标准问题。研究发现：在经济理性价值观主导下,义务教育学校撤并标准过于推崇教育规模效益,＂一刀切＂式的撤点并校行为导致农村大量小规模学校被合并或关闭,引发了新的社会矛盾。在比较研究基础上,作者提出学校布局调整应回归教育本位,在政策价值转型、决策程序变革及多元化学校撤并标准建构等方面寻求新突破。
