摘要
本文在对农村贫困地区中小学布局调整情况调研的基础上,剖析了贫困农村地区中小学布局调整存在的资金短缺、调整不到位、寄宿条件差、辍学现象严重、学前教育受阻等主要问题,在此基础上提出了科学规划、合理布局;多措并举、确保教育投入;改善寄宿制学校办学环境;救助贫困学生,优化教师队伍;发展学前教育等6点建设性意见。
Based on an investigation about the situation of layout of primary and high schools in the poor areas in the countryside, this article analyzes many problems which are lack of funds, improper adjustment, bad accommodation, severe dropoff schooling,prevented pre-schooling education, etc. It puts forward scientific programming, reasonable layout, having other measures together,insuring education to throw in,improving environment in boarding schools, helping poor students,optimizing teacher＇s troops,and developing pre-schooling education these six constructive suggestions.
