摘要 [目的]初步评价情境教学法在心内科带教中的效果。[方法]选择2008年—2009年我科实习护生128名为实验组采用情境教学法,2006年—2007年实习护生125名为对照组采用传统教学法,比较两组护生在考核成绩、病人满意度和教学效果方面的差异。[结果]实验组护生考核成绩高于对照组,病人满意度高于对照组,护生对教学法的评价高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]情境教学法较大地激发了护生的实习兴趣,提高了病人对护生的满意度和信任度。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of scene teaching method in nursing teaching for student nurses in cardiology department. Methods:A total of 128 nursing students in practice from 2008 to 2009 in cardiology department were selected as test group and were accepted scene teaching method. Another 125 student nurses were selected as control group and accepted the traditional teaching methods. the differences in examination results,patients' satisfaction and teaching effect in two groups of nursing students were compared. Results:Compared with control group,the examination scores was higher,patient satisfaction and evaluation of nursing students for the teaching method in test group were higher (P0.05). Conclusion:Scene teaching methods stimulate the practice interests of nursing students and improve the satisfaction and trust of the patients for the nursing students.
