摘要
利用超声波提取法提取四川南江金银花、山东平邑金银花及山东鲁峰金银花中绿原酸,并用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定,同时测定南江越冬期金银花茎和叶中绿原酸的含量。结果表明：南江金银花花蕾中绿原酸含量比山东平邑和鲁峰金银花中的绿原酸高,达到6.2348%;南江金银花在越冬期的叶中绿原酸含量也较高,达到4.5251%,非常具有开发应用前景。
Study on the chlorogenic acid content of flos lonicerae,which come from Nanjiang,Sichuan;Pingyi,Shandong and Lufeng,shandong,after extracted by the ultrasonic method.And the leaves and branch of Nanjiang flos lonicerae which were collected during winter were also measured.The content of chlorogenic acid was determined by HPLC.The results showed the chlorogenic acid content of 6.2348% from the flower of Nanjiang was fairly higher than Pingyi and Lufeng,and it was also high in leaves of Nanjiang flos lonicerae,which was 4.5251%.
