摘要
通过信息技术与现代教育技术在畜产品安全检测技术实验教学中的应用,具体探讨了在网络环境条件下实现畜产品安全检测技术实验课程学习目标的教学内容(元素),以及基于网络条件下设计与构建"基础与前沿、经典与现代"的畜产品安全检测技术实验课程体系的架构、内涵和应用。
By applying of information techniques and modern teaching techniques in experimental teaching of safety detecting technology of animal products,it discussed the contents（elements） of experimental curriculum of safety detecting technology of animal products.It also presented the connotation and application of the experiment curriculum system of safety detecting technology of animal products which is＂both fundamental and advanced,both classic and modern＂,and is designed and constructed under a condition of network.
