摘要
提高大学图书馆外文文献利用率,对高校教学和科研建设有重要作用。目前外文文献利用率普通较低,如何改变这一现状,一直是图书界,特别是从事外文文献服务的工作人员探讨和研究的问题。
University libraries’increased utilization of for-eign documents plays an important role in the building of teaching and researching of universities.The current situation is that for-eign document utilization is low.How to change the situation has been discussed and researched by librarians.
