摘要
外文期刊利用率低是高校图书馆普遍存在的问题,文章着重介绍了外文期刊新的管理与服务功能来妥善、合理应对这一难题,并提出了信息时代外文期刊工作发展对策。
It is a ubiquitous problem existing in the university library, The utilization ratio of the foreign language periodicals is low, This paper particularly describes how to manage and cope with it properly by utilizing the new funetions of management and service of the foreign language periodicals and proposes the corresponding countemeasure.
