摘要
目的:观察前列地尔(PGE1)对慢性心衰患者(CHF,简称心衰)血浆脑钠肽(BNP)及左室功能的影响。方法:慢性心衰患者82例,随机分为对照组41例和治疗组41例。对照组对照组给予常规药物治疗,治疗组在CHF常规治疗的基础上加用(PGE1)20μg/d,共14d,观察治疗前后各组患者血浆脑钠肽(BNP)水平及左室功能的改变。结果:与治疗前相比,两组血浆BNP水平,左室射血分数(LVFF),心输出量(CO)明显改善(P<0.05),B组改善更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:前列地尔可有效辅助治疗慢性心衰,改善心功能。
Objective：To investigate the effect of PGE1 on the serum levels of BNP and left ventricular function in patients with CHF.Methods：82 patients with CHF were randomly separated into two groups.41 patients in control group were given routine therapy,41 patients in treatment group were given routine therapy and 20 μg PGE1 once daily for 2 weeks.The serum levels of BNP and left ventricular function before and after treatment were measured.Results：The serum levels of BNP and left ventricular function（LVFF,CO） were significantly improved after two weeks of therapy in two groups （P0.05）,especially in treatment group（P0.05）.Conclusion：PGE1 is effective for the assistant treatment of CHF,and can improve cardiac function.
