摘要
目的:观察萘替芬酮康唑乳膏治疗体股癣的临床疗效和安全性。方法:试验采用随机双盲对照原则进行。临床和实验室诊断为体股癣的患者被随机分成试验组(萘替芬酮康唑乳膏)和对照组(酮康唑乳膏),两组间性别、年龄、病期、病情严重程度等各项基础资料比较,差异无统计学意义。均为每天早晚用药1次,于治疗1、2、3、4周及停药后1周随访。结果:①临床疗效,试验组用药1、2、3、4周有效率分别为44.2%、65.0%、84.4%、95.6%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。②真菌学疗效,试验组用药1、2、3、4周真菌清除率分别为46.7%、70.0%、90.0%、95.6%。与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。③安全性,试验组的不良反应发生率为4.4%,对照组的不良反应发生率为4.0%,两组间差异无统计学意义。结论:萘替芬酮康唑乳膏治疗体股癣疗效好,安全性高,值得推广应用。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Naftifine Ketoconazole Cream in treatment of tinea corporis and cruris.Methods：A randomized double-blind controlled trial principles.The patients who were diagnosed of tinea corporis and cruris with clinical and laboratory were randomly divided into experimental group（Naftifine Ketoconazole Cream） and control group（Ketoconazole Cream）.The gender,age,stage of disease,severity of the illness of the two groups showed no statistical difference.All of the patients were treatment with medicine at morning and evening,all patients were followed up at 1,2,3,4 weeks and 1 week after treatmet.Results：①Clinical efficacy,the experimental group＇s overall response rate at the 1,2,3,4 weeks were 44.2%,65.0%,84.4%,95.6%.Compared with the control group,the differences was statically significant.②Mycological efficacy,the experimental group＇s overall response rate at 1,2,3,4 weeks were 46.7%,70.0%,90.0%,95.6%.Compared with the control group,the differences was statically significant.③ Security,the incidence rate of adverse reaction of experimental group was 4.4%,the incidence rate of adverse reaction of control group was 4.0%,the difference was not statistically significant between two groups.Conclusion：The efficacy and safety of Naftifine Ketoconazole Cream in treatment of tinea corporis and cruris is better,and is worth further studying.
