摘要
目的：观察伊曲康唑胶囊联合联苯苄唑乳膏治疗股癣的临床效果。方法将2012年9月～2014年6月本院皮肤科门诊260例股癣患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各130例，治疗组口服伊曲康唑胶囊200 mg/次，1次/d，并联合外用联苯苄唑乳膏，1次/d，连用4周；对照组仅外用联苯苄唑乳膏，1次/d，连用4周。比较两组的临床疗效。结果用药1周后，治疗组总有效率为33.08%、真菌清除率为33.08%，对照组总有效率为27.69%、真菌清除率为27.69%；用药2周后，治疗组总有效率为62.31%、真菌清除率为62.31%，对照组总有效率为40.77%、真菌清除率为40.77%；用药4周后，治疗组总有效率为91.54%、真菌清除率为91.54%，对照组总有效率为58.46%、真菌清除率为58.46%；治疗2、4周后，治疗组总有效率及真菌清除率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论口服伊曲康唑胶囊加外用联苯苄唑乳膏联合治疗股癣4周疗效显著，且安全、无明显毒副作用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of itraconazole capsulue combined with bifonazole cream in the treatment of tinea cruris. Methods 260 patients with tinea cruris in the Department of Dermatology in our hospital from September 2012 to June 2014 were evenly divided into treatment group and control group in random.In treatment group,200 mg itraconazole capsulue was provided for oral administration each time,once per day,and bifonazole cream was selected for external application once per day for 4 consecutive weeks.In control group,only bifonazole cream for external application was used once per day for 4 continuous weeks.The clinical efficacy was observed. Results After one-week treatment,the total effective rate and fungal clearance rate was 33.08% in the treatment group,was 27.69% in the control group;After two-week treatment,the total effective rate and fungal clearance rate was 62.31% in the treat-ment group,was 40.77% in the control group.After 4 weeks treatment,the total effective rate and fungal clearance rate was 91.54% in the treatment group,was 58.46% in the control group.There was statistical difference about the total ef-fective rate and fungal clearance rate between the two groups after 2 and 4 weeks treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Oral administration of itraconazole capsulue combined with external application of bifonazole cream in the treatment of tinea cruris for 4 weeks can obtain a remarkable effect at advantages of safety and non-toxic and side effects.
