摘要
提出了区域电网中对各当地电压与无功控制系统(LCS)进行协调的一种方法。位于区域调度中心的区域控制系统(ACS)可由系统原有的SCADA,EMS或调度自动化系统获取实时数据,因此只需增加少量的硬件投资便可实现ACS对LCSs的协调功能。在电压越出设置的预警区时,ACS能够在保证补偿后网损尽量小的前提下,快速给出各当地控制系统所需的控制量,并依据一定规则的时延后协调各当地控制的动作,使系统电压水平维持在允许的范围内。
This paper presents a method for coordinating local voltage and reactive power control systems(LCSs).LCSs are under the instruction of area control system(ACS) from area dispatching center.ACS is based on real-time data acquisition and communication network of the existing EMS,SCADA or dispatching automation system.ACS can coordinate LCSs with litle additional hardware investment.Using the real-time data,ACS can quickly calculate the reactive power compensation,coordinate the operation of LCSs,and ensure that the cost of compensation and the network loss are as small as possible when voltage goes out of the acceptable range.
