基于ARM7和网络通信的变电站VQC装置

摘要 随着电力系统自动化水平的发展,变电站综合自动化和电网调度自动化水平的不断提高,对变电站电压无功综合控制系统(VQC)的要求也越来越高。本文对现有的变电站运行的VQC装置存在的一些问题进行了分析,提出了一种基于网络通信的VQC装置。本文介绍一种基于LPC2200系列ARM7微控制器——Ipc213l单片机的电压无功控制装置,该装置通过与RTU的网络通信来获取电压和无功信息,实现了对变电站电压无功优化控制。为了便于VQC装置的调试,使用Visual C++编写了一个具有串口通信功能的Windows程序来模拟RTU,作为上位机来与VQC装置进行通信。 With the development of automation level for power system, and the improvement of inte- grated automation for substation and power network dispatching, the demand for the voltage and reactive power control system (VQC) in substation is increasing. This paper analyzed the problem existing in VQC device which is working in substation right now, and presented a voltage and reactive power control device which is based on network communication. In this paper, a voltage and reactive power control de- vice of LPC2131 single - chip which is based on ARM7 micro - controller, a type of LPC2200 series was constructed. This device gets information, such as voltage and reactive power, via network communica- tion with RTU, achieving the integrated control system of voltage and reactive power in substation. In or- der to afford facilities for the debugging of VQC device, a Windows program which is based on Visual C + + and has COM port communication function to simulate RTU was written. As upper computer, this program is used to communicate with VQC device.
