摘要
针对目前配电网线损指标管理分散、繁杂的特点,设计并实现了一种先进的省／地／县一体化 配电网线损管理系统。该系统将省／地／县高中低压网络线损的理论和统计计算、报袁和分析集成 于一体,通过倡导一种新型的线损管理模式,利用科学的线损计算、比较、分析手段,为实际生产决 策提供技术支持,是一种能够有效提高数据准确性和工作效率的科学的线损管理软件平台。
An advanced line loss systematic management system for provincial, municipal and county distribution networks is developed and implemented in order to resolve the decentralization and complexity of the current line loss index management of distribution networks. The system can realize the systematic integration of high, middle and low voltage network, theoretical and statistical calculation, report and analysis, etc. with the high integration and performance. The system can provide one kind of technology support in real production decision based on the scientific line loss calculation, comparison and analyse under a new kind of line loss management mode. The system is a scientific line loss management software platform, which can improve the data correctness and working efficiency.
