摘要
本文主要研究了不同温度处理条件对木兰(Magnolia liliflora Desr)种子萌发的影响,并采用发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数对木兰种子发芽效果进行了评价。结果表明:木兰种子萌发温度幅较宽,在室温18(±2)℃~35℃范围内均能萌发,种子的发芽率、发芽势在不同温度下变化显著。在30℃恒温条件下,种子的发芽率、发芽势最高。因此,木兰种子最佳萌发温度为30℃。发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数在30℃时,分别可达29.4%、29.4%和15.1%。不同温度条件下,经过200mg·L^-1CA处理的木兰种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数较用清水处理的木兰种子有所提高,说明GA对种子萌发有一定的促进作用。
This paper mainly studies the effect of different temperatures on the seed germination of Magnolia liliflora Desr. The effect of the seed germination is evaluated with germinating rate, germinating potentialities and germinating index. The results show that the germination temperature range of Magnolia liliflora Desr is wide and range from18 ( ± 2) ℃ -35℃, and higher temperature can promote germination on the other hand.At 25℃ ,30℃ and 35℃ the germination rate,germinating potentialities are higher than at lower temperature treatment, and the most suitable temperature is 30℃ at whieh the germination rate,germinating potentialities and germination index are 29.4%, 29.4% and 15.1%. Under 18 ( ± 2)℃ - 25℃ ,GA chemical drugs has significant effect on the germination rate and germinating potentialities of Magnolia liliflora Desr. GA was benefit for germination obviously.
