摘要
通过对东农42、东农43、东农163、合丰25、绥农10号采用4、8、12、15、20、25℃6种发芽温度对大豆种子萌发影响的研究,结果表明:4℃和8℃温度过低,在调查期间种子一直没有发芽。其他几个温度的发芽率以15℃最高,12℃最低。同一温度不同品种的发芽率、平均芽长在品种间差异显著,说明种子萌发受遗传因素影响,同一品种不同温度之间的平均芽长随温度的升高依次升高。
Through the study of the effect on using the six different temperature: 4, 8, 12, 15, 20, 25 ℃ for Donong42, Dongnong43, Dongnong163, Hefen25, and Suinong10, the results showed that soybean seed couldn' t germination at the 4 ℃ and 8 ℃. The temperature of highest percent germination was 12 ℃, which was difference from other' s study. At the same temperature, the percent germination and the average length of sprout was varied significantly in the 5 varieties. To the same variety, the longest sprout' s length and the average length of sprouts increased when the temperature went up.
