摘要
针对河南省多台大型火电机组汽轮机主保护典型控制逻辑中存在的误动或拒动隐患,对汽轮机的轴承金属温度高、主蒸汽温度及再热蒸汽温度下降过快、轴承振动大、轴位移大、超速、机炉电大联锁等保护控制逻辑进行了改进,从供电电源配置、保护功能在线试验、监视和报警等方面,提出了提高汽轮机保护控制系统可靠性的措施。实施后的应用表明,改进后的汽轮机保护控制系统可靠性得到显著提高。
Directing against hidden troubles existing in typical control logics of main protection functions for steam turbines of many large-capacity thermal power units in Henan province,namely malfunctions and miss operation,improments of protection control logics for high metal temperature of steam turbine bearings,too fast temperature dropping of main steam and reheated steam,large vibration of bearings,large displacement of shaft,over-speed,and large interlock among turbine,boiler,and generators etc.,have been carried out,measures for enhancing the reliability of protection control logics for steam trubines have been put forward from aspects of power supply allocation,on-line test,supervision,and alarm etc.for protective functions.Application shows that the remarkable enhancement of reliability for protection control has been obtained after improvement.
