摘要
对SPPA-T3000控制系统在电厂使用过程中发生的超速保护装置误动过程进行了描述,分析了该保护装置的性能和动作机理,指出了该保护装置可能引起超速保护误动的环节,并在模拟试验中进行了超速保护误动的验证,经改造后有效避免超速保护误动,提高了该套保护装置的运行可靠性。
A description is being presented to the malfunction process of an over-speed protection device during the use of SPPA-T3000 system in power plant, while an analysis made to the performance and operating mechanism of the protection device. It is pointed out that malfunction may occur during the use of the protection device, which has been proved by simulation tests. However the malfunction may be avoided by effective retrofit, which helps to raise the operational reliability of the protection device.
