摘要
为探明复发性口疮患者局部病灶单个核细胞有否免疫激活或免疫缺陷，通过三色免疫荧光染色技术结合流式细胞仪活细胞分析技术，检测研究对象的淋巴细胞表型，复发性口疮（ＲＡＵ）活动期患者４１例作为研究组，无ＲＡＵ病史的口腔粘膜外伤３５例作为对照组。结果显示，ＲＡＵ活动期患者γδＴ细胞数量（平均９．０％）明显高于对照组（平均３．０％，Ｐ＜０．００１）。实验表明患者在发作期存在免疫刺激，但刺激物的本质尚未明确，巨细胞病毒和带状疱疹病毒可能涉及这一免疫刺激过程。
The aim of this study was to assess possible signs of immunologic activation of mononuclear cells at the site of the lesions in patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer (RAU). The population consisted of 41 patients with active RAU, and 35 patients with oral mucosa injury but without RAU history to serve as controls.These patients were subjected to flow cytometry analysis using threecolour immunofluorescent staining. Results showed an increased fraction of T cells in patients with active RAU(median percentage 9.0) compared with controls (median percentage 3.0;P<0.001). Gamma/delta T lymphocytes are increased in lesion site of patients with RAU and are likely to have a role in the pathogenesis of this disease.The increased figures during active disease might reflect an immunologic stimulation during exacerbation.The nature of the stimulus remains to be established, but recent studies suggest that varicella zoster virus and cytomegalovirus may be involved.
