摘要
在已建立的催化裂化提升管反应器气固两相流动反应模型基础上,把原料油液雾的流动、传热、气化过程及其对反应结果的影响全部纳入模型中,对催化裂化提升管反应器进行了3维微分模拟,考察了原料液雾流动气化过程及其影响,建立了提升管反应器气液固3相流动反应模型、数值模拟方法及相应的程序,利用该模型对工业提升管反应器进行数值模拟研究。
Based on the established gas solid two phase flow reaction model and taking into account comprehensively the flow,heat transfer and evaporation of the feed spray and their complex influences on cracking reactions in FCC riser reactors,a three dimensional gas liquid solid three phase flow reaction model of FCC riser reactors was established,related numerical solution was formed and a large numerical simulation computation code was drawn up to simulate FCC riser reactors differentially and three dimensionally and to investigate the flow and evaporation of the feed spray and their effects completely.Numerical simulation on commercial FCC riser reactors can be carried out by employing the present three phase flow reaction model,especially some important information of the feed spray flow and evaporation obtained.
