摘要
由已建立的催化裂化提升管反应器流动反应模型及其程序对提升管反应器进料段改进操作、优化流动状况等方面进行了数值模拟研究,从气固两相流动机理对提升管进料段内的流动状态进行了分析,从而可定量地掌握这一过程操作改进的实质。结果表明,提高预提升蒸汽量,可改善提升管反应器进料段内的流动状态。优化气固两相的接触,减少回流引起的油气与催化剂的返混,且随着预提升蒸汽量的提高,轻质油收率增加,气体和焦炭产率下降,产物分布得到改善。
Employing the established commercial FCC riser reactor flow reaction model and corre sponding code in the paper(Ⅰ)and the results of turbulent flow obtained in the paper(Ⅱ),a numerical simulation on the operation improvements,such as the gas particle flow pattern optimization and so on,in the FCC riser feeding zone was carried out.According to the mechanism of gas solid two phase flow,the turbulent pattern in the FCC riser feeding zone was analyzed.It has been shown that improvements of the gas solid flow pattern in the riser feeding zone,optimization of the gas solid two phase contact and elimination of the backmixing of oil,gas and catalyst particles resulted from their back flows could be obtained by the increase of pre lifting steam.With the increase of prelifting steam,the yields of light oil increased and the yields of gas and coke decreased,so a better product distribution was obtained.
