摘要
目的 了解高年级医学生婚恋观和性观念 ,为健康教育和心理咨询提供依据。方法 采用分层整群抽样方法 ,对广东某医学院 476名三、四年级学生进行问卷调查。结果 97 90 %的学生对大学期间谈恋爱持赞成态度 ,84 87%的学生认为恋爱是婚姻的基础 ,5 9 87%学生认为恋爱目的是选择人生伴侣。在选择配偶时考虑的前 5位条件是 :诚实可靠 (83 19% )、富有感情 (82 5 6 % )、受过良好教育 (75 42 % )、身体健康(75 0 0 % )、长相好 (5 0 84% )。 6 7 44 %的学生认为当今社会贞操仍然重要 ,70 80 %的学生接受婚前性行为 ,32 14%的学生接受婚外性行为。多数观念存在男女差别。调查时 32 5 8%的男生和 5 0 6 0 %的女生处于恋爱或恋爱前期状态。结论 高年级医学生大多有正确的婚恋观和性观念 ,但应加强教育。
Objective To learn the attitudes towards sex,love and marriage among senior medical students and provide scientific basis for health education and psychological consultation.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 476 third-year and fourth-year medical students by using stratified cluster sampling method in a medical college.Results Among the medical students,97 90% approved of being in love during their college time,84 87% considered love was the foundation of marriage,and 59 87% considered that the aim of love was for choosing life partner.The first five considerations in choosing spouse were honesty and reliability(83 19%),being full of affection(82 56%),well-education(75 42%),health(75 00%)and handsome appearance(50 84%).67 44% considered chastity was still important at the present time.70 80% accepted pre-marital sexual activities and 32 14% tolerated extra-marital sexual activities.Most of concepts were different significantly between males and females.32 58% of males and 50 60% of females were falling in love at survey.Conclusion Most of the senior medical students have correct attitudes towards sex,love and marriage,but more health education should be given to them.
