摘要
目的建立测定川丁特罗与人血浆蛋白结合率的方法。方法采用平衡透析法对川丁特罗与人血浆蛋白结合率进行超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)测定。结果川丁特罗在低、中、高3个浓度下的人血浆蛋白结合率为(33±s 6)%,(29±9)%和(29±7)%。结论本方法简单、快速、灵敏,能满足分析要求。川丁特罗与人血浆蛋白结合程度不高,不存在浓度依赖性。
AIM To establish a method for the determination of the human plasma protein binding rate of trantinterol. METHODS Equilibrium dialysis was utilized for the determination of the plasma protein binding rate of trantinterol with ultra performance liquid chromatography-electrospray tandem mass spectrometry （UPLC- MS/MS）. RESULTS The plasma protein binding rates of trantinterol at low, middle and high concentrations were （33 ± s 6） %, （29 ± 9） % and （29 ± 7） % respectively. CONCLUSION The method is simple, fast, sensitive and satisfied for the requirements. The binding power of trantinterol to human plasma is low without concentration dependence suggesting safety in clinical application.
