摘要
目的测定表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(epigallocatechin gallate,EGCG)的人血浆蛋白结合率。方法采用超滤法对EGCG的血浆蛋白结合率进行测定。结果当质量浓度为5.0,10.0,20.0 mg·L-1时,EGCG平均血浆蛋白结合率分别为86.1%,91.4%,94.9%。结论EGCG与人血浆蛋白具有较强的结合。
OBJECTIVE To determine epigallocatechin gallate （EGCG） protein binding rate with human plasma protein. METHODS Uhrafihration was employed to determine protein binding rate of EGCG with human plasma. RESULTS The average human plasma protein binding rates of EGCG from the study were 86. 1% ,91.4% and 94. 9% with plasma concentration of 5.0,10. 0 and 20. 0 mg·L^-1, respectively. CONCLUSION EGCG has higher protein binding extent with human plasma.
