摘要
新试剂邻甲氧基苯基重氮氨基偶氨苯的合成及对其光度测定汞(Ⅱ)的研究。在pH10的缓冲溶液中,以 Triton X-100为增溶增敏剂,Hg-MDAA 络合物的最大吸收位于517nm 处。其表观摩尔吸光系数为1.80×10~5l·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。25ml 溶液中0~11μg Hg 符合比耳定律。用本法测定了废水中的汞(Ⅱ),回收率在97.5~103.5%之间。
The synthesis of o-methoxybenzenediazoami-aoazobenzene(MDAA)and the conditions ofcolour reaction of Hg(Ⅱ)with MDAA are re-ported.The results show that Hg(Ⅱ)forms withMDAA an orange-red complex(1:3)in the pre-sence of triton X-100 at pH 10.The complexhas a maximum absorption at 517nm with a molarabsorptivity of 1.80×10^(?)/·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)Beer'slaw is obeyed in the range of 0 to 11 μg of Hg(Ⅱ)in 25ml of solution.Using iminodiaceticacid as a masking agent the selectivity is effec-tively improved.The method has been appliedto determine trace amounts of mercury in wastewater with satisfactory results.
